1.2 Buyer

The person who books the transfer, identified by the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address given at the time of booking. Those details form part of this agreement.

Article 2 — Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the private passenger transfer service that the Buyer orders remotely — through this website, by WhatsApp, by e-mail or by telephone — in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 — The service and the price

The service is a private road transfer for the Buyer's party between the pick-up and drop-off points stated in the booking confirmation, on the date and at the time stated there, using the vehicle class stated there.

Article 4 — Formation of the contract

The Buyer sends a request. The Seller replies with a quotation stating the route, date, time, vehicle class and total price. The contract is formed when the Seller sends a written booking confirmation and the Buyer accepts it. Before that moment no charge arises and no vehicle is reserved.

By accepting the confirmation the Buyer acknowledges having read this agreement, the Terms of Use, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, all of which form an integral part of the contract.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made in cash to the driver, by bank transfer before travel, or by card where card payment is offered, as agreed in the confirmation. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by the Seller. An invoice or receipt is issued for every completed journey.

Article 6 — Performance

The service is performed on the date and at the time stated in the confirmation. For airport pick-ups the Seller monitors the flight number provided by the Buyer and adjusts the pick-up to the actual landing time at no extra charge. Free waiting times are 90 minutes from actual landing for airport pick-ups and 30 minutes from the agreed time for other pick-ups.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, contracts for the carriage of passengers are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. The Buyer therefore has no statutory 14-day withdrawal right in respect of this service.

Independently of that exclusion, the Seller grants the contractual cancellation rights set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy — including free cancellation more than 24 hours before pick-up — which are more favourable to the Buyer than the statutory minimum.

Article 8 — Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation deadlines, refund percentages, no-show rules and refund timescales are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are made by the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Article 9 — Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, road closure, accident, strike, epidemic or act of public authority. Where such an event prevents the transfer, the Buyer is refunded in full or the booking is moved to a new date at no cost.

Article 10 — Complaints and competent forum

Complaints should first be addressed to the Seller at info@transfersantalyavips.site, which replies within 3 business days. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court in their place of residence or in the place where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

Article 11 — Validity

This agreement is concluded electronically and takes effect when the Buyer accepts the booking confirmation. It consists of 11 articles and is retained by the Seller for the periods required by law. A copy is provided to the Buyer on request.
