1. Who is responsible for your data

This policy covers transfersantalyavips.site and the transfer bookings made through it. The data controller is Antalya Kart Vip Turizm. You can reach us about any privacy question at info@transfersantalyavips.site. Processing is carried out under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect

We do not ask for and do not want special categories of data — health information, religious or political views, biometric data. Please do not send them to us. If you need us to know about an accessibility requirement, tell us only what is necessary to arrange a suitable vehicle.

3. Legal basis

Performance of a contract — booking data, addresses, travel times and flight numbers. Without these we cannot provide the transfer.
Legal obligation — invoice and payment records, kept for the periods required by Turkish tax and commercial law.
Legitimate interest — website security logs, fraud prevention and aggregate traffic statistics.
Consent — non-essential analytics and marketing cookies, and any marketing e-mail. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary, and only with:

The driver assigned to your journey — your name, pick-up point, destination, time and telephone number.
Our payment provider — where you pay by card, the provider processes the card data directly; we receive only the transaction result.
Our accountant and tax authorities — invoice data, as required by law.
Hosting and analytics providers — our web host, and Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) for traffic measurement.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Where a provider is located outside Türkiye, transfers take place under the safeguards permitted by Article 9 of the KVKK and, for EU data subjects, Chapter V of the GDPR.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working — they remember your form entries during a session and protect against abuse. These cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies set through Google Tag Manager tell us which pages are used and where visitors come from; they run only if you accept them. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the booking form will still work.

6. How long we keep it

At the end of these periods the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, and under the GDPR where it applies, you may:

ask whether we hold data about you, and get a copy of it;
ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
ask us to delete data we no longer have a legal reason to keep;
object to processing based on legitimate interest;
ask for your data in a portable format;
withdraw consent for analytics or marketing at any time;
complain to the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or, in the EU, your national supervisory authority.

Send requests to info@transfersantalyavips.site. We reply within 30 days, free of charge. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we release personal data.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Booking records are held on access-controlled systems, and only staff who need them for a specific journey can see them. Drivers receive only the details required for the journey they are performing. Card details never reach our servers. If a breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at risk, we notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

9. Children

Our service is booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. Where children travel, we hold only the information the booking adult gives us — typically the number of children and whether a child seat is needed.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing bookings are notified by e-mail.
