The rules that apply when you use this website and when you travel with us.
transfersantalyavips.site is operated by Antalya Kart Vip Turizm, registered at Hacımimi Mah., Dibek Sk., Ferah Apt. No: 42/2, 34425 Beyoğlu, İstanbul, Türkiye. Full registration, tax and licence details are published on our contact page. We provide private passenger road transport in the Antalya region under a D2 passenger transport licence issued by the Turkish Ministry of Transport.
You may browse this site, request quotes and make bookings for your own genuine travel purposes. You may not use it to send automated or bulk requests, to interfere with its operation or security, to copy its content for a competing service, or for anything unlawful.
The text, layout, photographs and price tables on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with a link back; systematic copying is not permitted.
Prices shown on our price list and quotes sent by message are invitations to book, not binding contracts on their own. A contract comes into existence only when we send you a written confirmation containing the route, date, time, vehicle class and total price, and you accept it.
Sending a request through the website form or WhatsApp does not reserve a vehicle and does not oblige you to pay anything.
Published prices may be updated for future bookings at any time. A change never affects a booking that has already been confirmed.
Depending on what was agreed at booking, payment is made in cash to the driver at the end of the journey, by bank transfer before travel, or by card where card payment is offered. Card data is processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store card numbers. An invoice or receipt is issued for every journey.
A driver may end a journey where a passenger's behaviour is dangerous, unlawful or abusive. In that case no refund is due.
Each vehicle class has a stated luggage capacity, shown on the price list. Oversized items — bicycles, golf bags, surfboards, wheelchairs and similar — must be declared when you book so a suitable vehicle is assigned. We carry luggage at the owner's risk; please keep valuables, documents and medication with you in the passenger compartment.
Assistance animals travel free of charge and do not need to be declared. Other pets may travel if declared at booking and carried in a suitable transport box.

We perform the transfer with reasonable care and skill, using licensed vehicles and drivers, and we carry the passenger insurance required by Turkish law. We are liable for loss or damage we cause.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — severe weather, road closures, accidents ahead of us, strikes, public authority action or flight schedule changes. Our liability for indirect or consequential loss, such as a missed connection or unused accommodation, is excluded to the extent Turkish law permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.
Tell us as soon as possible at info@transfersantalyavips.site, quoting your booking reference. We reply within 3 business days.
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumers may bring proceedings before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their place of residence. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected.
We may update these terms. The version in force when your booking is confirmed is the version that applies to that booking.
